I loved the trendy decor and comfy bed in our apartment! The location was a major plus-super close to great restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore. Plus, the lounge/kitchen area was spacious and perfect for hanging out with the crew.
We really struggled without a working lift during our entire stay. Climbing up and down three flights with heavy bags was no fun! paying extra for an early arrival felt unfair, especially with all the inconvenience. Not cool!

Unique and neat unit with tea/coffee making equipment, a fridge, and an oven. Supper friendly and accommodating staff during my stay. Exceptionally comfortable and fantastic hotel in a very central location easy to get to via public transport from the airport.

It felt like we were in a building site, with jackhammers going for hours. On top of that, the thin walls made it hard to sleep with neighbors chatting all night.

The layout and facilities within the rooms were great, would be perfect for an extended stay (I was only 1 night). The location within town is great and although you are in the city the hotel is relatively quite. I had driven and parked next doo, paying $32 for parking for Sat evening to Sun morning so a deal with cheaper parking would have been really appreciated.

I recently stayed in a well-appointed one-bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodated ten during the day, perfect for my group of friends. The price was surprisingly affordable for the quality and amenities provided. The spacious common areas of the apartment allowed everyone to gather and socialize easily despite the limited privacy of the single bathroom.
The bedroom was quite small, leaving just enough space for the bed. I found it a bit inconvenient to keep my clothes and bags outside the room, as there wasn’t room for my things.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at the Punthill Manhattan in Flinders Lane. Great location, lots of room and very (too!) close to all the shopping! We received excellent service from the office staff, particularly the charming Irish woman whose name I cannot remember (sorry) but who was always smiling and helpful. Highly recommended for all of the above reasons.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. Just be aware of some noise from the street and a few maintenance issues, but overall, it's a solid choice for a city stay.

I felt the price being in the heart of melb was really good. We particularly liked the closeness of the bars and restaurants as I think we tried and went to nearly every one around that top part of flinders lane. Coda in particulary was great. Went to Cumulus for breakfast as the nights we wanted to be there for a meal was a two hour wait. The beds were very comfortable and nice coming back after a day shopping to find it all cleaned again. Walking to the MCG was awesome and coming back again to enjoy a glass of red at a bar was great. Madame Brussels is a great place for a drink as well. Rooftop bar in Collins St around our area.

The staff was helpful and attentive, providing great value for money, and I would definitely come back. Our superior apartment was well-equipped with a bedside table, laundry facilities, and comfortable couches. the service was very good, and I really appreciated the perfect and incredible location of the hotel, with a mall and all the major shops right next door!

Although booked into the Punthill Manhattan we actually stayed at the other Punthill Apartments at 267 Flinders Lane. Total mix up that was not discovered until out deparing date.Great proximity to everything. Good security.
Terrible cooking smell in foyer from restuaruant. Only one lift felt safe. One toilet keeping running all night.

Location was good and the extra room we had (complimentary upgrade) was great Internal layout was quite good
Very noisy from the street below. Could hear all local construction work (started at 6:00am) plus noisy people coming out of the clubs or restaurants late.at night Also, the sun in the morning turned the bedrooms into a sauna even with air con running. Overall, just not that comfortable
